We offer a bespoke service, if you cant find what you are looking for from our wide range of designs. Email us images or the bouquet you wish to order, along with quantities you require. We will create a flower board of flowers, we will use to create this bouquet. Once you confirm you are happy with the flowers, a quote can be produced for payment to be sent.

For a small fee including postage, receive one stem of each flower from your dream bouquet (Up to 7 stems).

This is used for checking our flower quality & colour matching.

Many brides have made there final decision on their bouquet flowers using this option. Having the flowers in front of you to hold and touch is a great extra service we provide.

All flowers at First Floral HQ are kept in a dark, dry, clean place.

Flowers are best kept in there box until your big day. Cut the cellotape to release any pressure on the flowers & don't place anything heavy on top of the box. We don't advise storing flowers in direct sun light, like most things that are left in the sun light there is a chance they could discolour. 

We recommend to all our customers 1 - 3 months lead time, this includes transportation. We do keep a selection of popular flowers in stock so most orders can be done within 1 month but it all depends on the order itself & how busy we are.

Yes, everything is artificial made mostly by hand to the highest standard by our wonderful long standing suppliers/

We offer a wide range of ribbon colours, white is our standard colour and automatically selected unless another colour is specified and the point of check out. If you do know the exact colour ribbon you would like you can send us am image of the colour for us to use as a swatch for colour matching.

We do in house, all flowers arrive from our suppliers as separate stems or in bunches.

We dispatch via Royal Mail or Parcel force. Always sent a recorded delivery.

2-9 working days depending on location.

We do make centre pieces but because of there size and being fragile we do not post large table arrangements. They are available for collection and local drop off only.
